Through the pandemic, even the most traditional, well-established organizations gained real-world experience being agile. Now the question is whether they have the structures and strategies to remain agile. Thus, APQC surveyed 388 professionals and performed in-depth interviews with strategic leaders to understand the current state and identify best practices for enabling organizational agility.
