How Organizations are using APQC’s Process Classification Framework

In 2013 APQC surveyed 300 organizations and conducted interviews on why organizations use the PCF. What it found was that most organizations use the PCF for a variety of reasons from performance improvement to benchmarking.  APQC’s new goal was to get a deeper understanding of how organizations use the PCF and the benefits they have achieved.  The following case studies show explore how organizations are applying the PCF—from providing a common language for business to establishing enterprise-wide processes.
