In March of 2014, APQC conducted a short survey of current Process Classification FrameworkSM (PCF) users to identify their process classification capability with the PCF, their process maturity assessments, and desirability of cross-functional process frameworks. This article looks at organizations' need for cross-functional process frameworks.
