Process Design Essentials
Course Description
The Process Design Essentials course provides a comprehensive overview of process definition, modeling, and documentation, focusing on APQC’s trusted methodology. Participants will learn how to design, implement, and manage effective business processes and document critical process knowledge using various tools such as process frameworks, model current and future state, and prepare process definition documents, SIPOC models, and RACI charts. They will also understand how to ensure alignment with organizational goals and create agility to changing environments.
This course is designed as a collaboration between APQC and The Competency Alliance (TCA).
