Traditional benchmarking suffers from two big problems: getting a critical mass of reliable data for comparison, and making sure that the data can be accurately compared. APQC leads the world in solving both problems.

In addition to the 4,700+ measures and 6.9 million data points we have that cover financial management, human capital management, knowledge management, supply chain management, and process and performance management, we are constantly adding new metrics and areas to our inventory.

How It Works

We can license individual measures, a complete process area, or any combination of measures. For each measure, you have the ability to specify the peer group based on industry, revenue range, and/or region assuming we have a sufficient sample size. The turnaround time is usually one business day from when the scope is finalized. We provide the data in aggregate or blinded disaggregated format and deliver the data in Excel.
