Measuring Process Classification Capability and Maturity

In March of 2014 APQC conducted a short survey of current Process Classification FrameworkSM (PCF) users to identify their process classification capability with the PCF, their process maturity assessments, and the desirability of cross-functional process frameworks. This article looks at organizations' use of and need for process maturity assessments.
