Visualizing a Path to Success at The Poirier Group

When managing an enterprise or business process transformation, sometimes the quickest path to helping people envision what is possible and change key behaviors is to provide a visual of the current state versus the future state. This technique has been a key driver of success at The Poirier Group (TPG), a North American consulting firm focused on helping clients execute strategy, optimize processes, and increase productivity and quality. 

In May 2023, APQC’s Madison Lundquist (Principal Research Lead, Process & Performance Management) interviewed Scott Sink (Senior Advisor, TPG) to discuss leading practices for managing change not only for the clients that TPG serves, but also among its own consulting staff.
