According to APQC's Knowledge Management Priorities and Trends survey, change management remains the top priority skill for KM to develop. This sustained focus has helped many organizations grow their change management maturity.

To continue providing resources and effective practices for change management, Lynda Braksiek hosted an APQC webinar featuring Lisa Cervantes, Change Management Specialist at Defense Finance and Accounting Agency (DFAS).
