Organizational Culture at The Vancouver Fraser Port Authority

In June 2021, APQC interviewed Luis Lopez (manager of process improvement, Vancouver Fraser Port Authority) as part of a broader study to understand the role that culture plays in organizations and how leading organizations work to shift or sustain their culture. Lopez shared insights including:
