How Outstanding KM Organizations Approach Change: Highlights from EIKM Recipients

In 2023, APQC recognized eight organizations for their level of maturity in Knowledge Management (KM). This recognition was based on evaluating their KM programs using APQC’s KM Capability Assessment Tool. The assessment tool measures and evaluates KM programs based on their strategy, people, process, content and IT capabilities. This article provides a summary of a recent webinar that highlighted two of the recipients from the EiKM: Class of 2023. The topics discussed in the webinar included:

  • Overview of the EiKM award and benefits of the KM-CAT assessment tool,
  • how Novartis overcame knowledge silos to create a repository for valuable research,
  • how Ogletree Deakins leverages their organizational expertise, and
