Since 2019, APQC has recognized outstanding KM organizations through the Excellence in Knowledge Management program (EiKM). Organizations are evaluated based on their strategy, people, process, content, and IT capabilities using APQC's KM Capability Assessment Tool (KM-CAT). To qualify for recognition, organizations must score at least a level three in maturity, either at a business unit or enterprise level. Recipients are also asked to engage in at least one knowledge-sharing activity, such as a webinar, podcast, or white paper write-up, with APQC. The goal is to enable members to benefit from mature KM organizations' insights and experiences.

This master collection of EiKM includes various resources such as webinars, case studies, articles, and infographics. These resources are from the current and previous recognition years of 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

This page will be updated annually with new collections related to EiKM for each upcoming year.
