Promoting Knowledge Management and Making It Stick: Survey Summary

If you want your organization to derive value from knowledge management, you need an effective strategy to motivate knowledge collection, sharing, and reuse across the workforce. This data report describes the  engagement challenges KM leaders face and what they do to raise employees’ awareness of KM, train them on KM tools and approaches, facilitate and prompt their participation, overcome barriers, and reward outstanding contributions. It is based on a survey of 374 KM professionals conducted in summer 2018.
