How to Adopt and Adapt End-to-End Process Models

Process frameworks and end-to-end process maps provide a standardized way for organizations to apply ownership and governance to their cross-functional processes and to benchmark against similar organizations in their industry. APQC’s Process Classification Framework (PCF)® and standard end-to-end process maps are a great starting point for organizations. 

The process maps in the Resource Library were designed to provide best-practice models that can be applied across companies and industries about 80 percent of the time. Your organization may have variations on what processes it uses and how they are named or referred to.
