Workplace Innovations: Process in a Pandemic

APQC convened a roundtable discussion on the what the next 90 days will look like for their organizations, roundtable participants also shared some of the innovations that are emerging in the ‘new normal.’ These innovations are helping PPM professionals collaborate more effectively, serve customers better, and make better use of skilled employees across the organization. The diverse ways in which teams are innovating in a pandemic show that there are small victories even in the face of large-scale change and uncertainty, and many of these innovations will remain even after the pandemic subsides.
