Upping Your Change Engagement Game
At its core change management is the act of proactively managing change and minimizing the resistance to organizational change through a set of structured processes or set of approaches to transition employees, teams, and/or an entire organization to a desired future state and engender the behaviors necessary to achieve the organization's goals.
APQC conducted research to identify trends and best practices in change management. The research included a survey of 197 respondents and case studies. This report examines the change management sub-topic—engagement—and explores the maturity model for engagement and its components—communication, training, and monitoring.
