Process audits can be a helpful approach for evaluating performance and evolving maturity. However, many process audits are transactional and disconnected from organizational strategy, and as a result, add little value beyond the application of basic fixes. As part of APQC’s 2020 PPM Online Summit, Mohit Mathur, associate vice president at Sterlite Technologies Ltd, discussed ways to redesign process audits as a strategic level to enhance maturity.
