The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) is the research and development arm of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. As part of APQC’s 2020 KM Conversations webinar series, Clare Huntley and Shelley Tingle, knowledge management representatives at ERDC, described the organization’s KM journey. This article explains how ERDC accelerated its KM maturity, how KM enables the organization’s innovation strategy, and the role KM played in the Corps' response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
