Gauging the Intangible: Measuring Change

APQC hosted a roundtable conversation facilitated by Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland (Principal Research Lead, Process and Performance Management at APQC) and Lauren Trees (Principal Research Lead, Knowledge Management at APQC) that focused on practical approaches to change management. As part of the roundtable, participants shared strategies and approaches that they have found to be effective for measuring change within their own organizations. Along with quantitative approaches to measuring change, participants shared insights, strategies, and approaches for gauging the more intangible parts of change.
