Including a small suite of two to five quality measures in an executive measurement report ensures that leaders are aware of quality levels and trends and can address issues early. By choosing measures relevant to the organization and its goals, managers and executives can trust that the most vital quality information is being regularly reported and reviewed. Smart organizations will put processes in place to take action based on the reported quality results.
