YOKE Industrial faced a number of challenges that served as the impetus for a digital transformation effort including a labor shortage, the need for better knowledge management and document retention, and an increasingly complicated production line. Three factors were crucial in YOKE’s digital transformation strategy: taking a gradual approach, implementing simultaneous top-down and bottom-up approaches to the change, and prioritizing the customer experience during the process.
