How KM Innovates Through Disruption and Change
Knowledge management (KM) professionals are contending with a radical reformation in how their organizations collaborate and share knowledge. KM teams must quickly respond to pressing needs while also planning for a future that may look very different from the established status quo. Reflecting on the initial response to the pandemic, KM professionals gathered as part of APQC’s 2020 KM Conversations webinar series to discuss how KM supports people and organizations during unexpected crises.
