At APQC's 2015 Process Conference, Corey Vickers, a global upstream category manager for logistics at Chevron, shared how Chevron deployed its logistics decision support solution within many of its upstream business units. The organization designed this solution to improve the management of material and personnel movements, as well as to make personnel accommodations in on-shore and offshore locations.
