This article summarizes the key findings from the case study on changing APQC's performance management system. The results indicate that APQC experienced many of the same problems with their performance management system as many other organizations.  The full case study details how APQC made changes to their performance management system to improve on these issues to provide quality performance reviews. The article also details the tools that were created to streamline the performance management process.
