On a webinar, APQC Principal Research Lead Lauren Trees facilitated a panel on advanced technologies featuring three leaders from KM teams recognized by APQC’s Excellence in Knowledge Management program:

  • Jack Hughes, Senior Manager of Knowledge Services at Deloitte;
  • Phani Madhav Tummarakoti, Principal of Learning and Knowledge Management at Infosys; and
  • Donna Cuomo, Co-Director of Knowledge, Information and Collaboration Systems at MITRE.

All three organizations are leaders in piloting automation and AI to aid knowledge management. This article is a summary of the panel discussion.
