Get Finance Talent in the Door
In this article, APQC draws from the findings of its Future of Finance Talent study to highlight the strategies and practices that leading organizations use to acquire finance talent. APQC found that three specific practices are associated with greater effectiveness for finance talent acquisition:
- Cultivating alternative sources of talent,
- connecting with passive talent, and
- using targeted employer branding.
After unpacking these and other talent acquisition approaches in greater detail, APQC draws from its case study research to provide examples of what they look like in practice.
