In the field of HR, recruiter workload is a long-standing topic of debate. In fact, determining the optimal recruiter workload is a high stakes task. The greater the volume of work each recruiter handles, the fewer recruiters an organization needs. Fewer recruiters is an attractive proposition with personnel costs taking up a majority of the typical talent acquisition budget.
