Dedicating Resources for DEI

In this article, APQC reviews dedicating resources as one building block of an effective diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) program. The pursuit of workforce DEI is a substantial, complex, and ongoing endeavor. Dedicating resources for DEI means working to ensure that the funding, staffing, and authority needed to drive an organization’s DEI goals are in place. 

After discussing this building block at a high level, APQC draws from its DEI research findings to provide detail about the journey that organizations take as they progress in this area.
