APQC spoke with a range of successful KM leaders, including winners of its 2019 Excellence in Knowledge Management Award and participants in its 2019 KM Advanced Benchmarking Group, to gain their perspective on the future of the discipline. Although the responses were diverse and tailored to the unique needs of each organization, we identified key commonalities among the KM leaders’ plans and aspirations.
