Aerospace and defense organization Raytheon has a long history in leading innovation. But as technology and business conditions change, Raytheon must be able to adapt to retain and strengthen its competitive position. At APQC’s 2019 Process & Performance Management Conference, Kevin Kaiser, system engineer/architect at Raytheon, shared how his company used APQC’s Process Classification Framework® (PCF) to create an operational process model. This model establishes a core common language to align people, processes, systems, tools, and information, which ultimately helps Raytheon deliver more value to its customers.
