Being Agile: Adapting Design Processes

Many companies are embracing Agile, a project management paradigm that stresses iteration, collaboration, self-organization, and customer centricity. However, people are often confused about what Agile really means, how it’s different from waterfall, and to align processes to this new methodology. At APQC’s 2019 Process & Performance Management Conference, Sophie Regnier, senior quality advisor at Booz Allen Hamilton, explained the basics of Agile and shared how her firm adapted its design processes to the Agile methodology.
