Supply Chain Resilience: Engineering and Product Design

APQC collaborated with BCG to conduct research with 185 companies to evaluate the current state of a full range of operational and supply chain resilience capabilities needed to thrive. This survey-based research gathered quantitative data as well as information on practices related to establishing visibility and assessing risk.

This collection provides industry, revenue, and regional snapshots of flexibility and transparency in engineering and product design. It examines approaches to the use of modular design and expedited engineering design changes.
