APQC collaborated with BCG to conduct research with 185 companies to evaluate the current state of a full range of operational and supply chain resilience capabilities needed to thrive. This survey-based research gathered quantitative data as well as information on practices related to establishing visibility and assessing risk.

This report provides a retail and wholesale industry snapshot of flexibility and transparency in engineering and product design. It examines approaches to the use of modular design and expedited engineering design changes.
