This session gave participants a look at how focusing on the team member experience at  Northshore Edward-Elmhurst Health resulted in streamlined processes and more efficient use of employee time, technology, and physical resources. Joshua Male-Muñoz (Manager, Process Improvement) and Mike King (Senior Manager, Process Improvement) shared the tools and processes they used to reduce turnover, add value to how employees spent their work hours, and sustain change into the future.
