People of Process Management 2019: Survey Report

In September 2019, APQC conducted the “People of Process Management” survey to gain insight on the people who support process management work.

• This report explores the demographics, skill sets, education of today's process workers.
• Additionally, the research looks at reporting structures, responsibilities, and career advancement in the process field.
