Learn how the U.S. Army implemented integrated business planning (IBP) to better coordinate operational planning and decision making. In its first 12 months of IBP, the Army cut inventory by $4.5 billion and saved $6 billion over the first two years. Annual storage costs and staffing required for inventory have dropped.
