APQC conducted global research into how organizations across industries can leverage technology to improve their sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes in fall 2018. In addition to qualitative research, APQC conducted a survey of S&OP professionals. Respondents covered 18 countries spread across all major regions representing large, complex organizations.
