HR Shared Services: Survey Highlights

This article provides information to address these and other needs related to HR shared services. It highlights key practices findings from the sixth cycle of APQC and ScottMadden’s HR Shared Services Benchmarking Study. As part of the study, a survey was conducted in the second half of 2021. Responses were received for 107 HR shared services organizations located primarily in the United States and Canada with regional services centers across the globe.
