Change management is an important factor in guiding people through changes and proactively minimizing resistance through a set of structured processes/approaches to transition employees, teams, and/or an entire organization to a desired future state. When it comes to change, it’s important to remember that practice doesn’t make perfect—it makes permanent. Practicing good change management is key to the long-term sustainability of any organization.
This roundtable will be a facilitated conversation on the challenges of change management and a chance to share successes, tactics, and solutions for driving change in the business. The idea is to provide an opportunity for group discussion, where it is a time for you to ask questions and learn from your peers.

- How do we move beyond check-the-box change management?
- How do you influence new behaviors or norms?
