Percentage of ship from stock orders delivered in full within 24 hours of order receipt

This measure calculates the percentage of the total number of ship-from-stock sales orders are shipped within 24 hours of order receipt. A sales order is any request to deliver goods or services to a customer. A sales order may be in any form (i.e., written, oral, electronic) and need not be initiated by a member of the sales force. This Process Efficiency measure is intended to help companies minimize waste and refine resource consumption related to the process group "Manage logistics and warehousing".
