This measure calculates the percentage of sales orders scheduled according to customer request. Scheduled according to customer request is defined as the percentage of orders whose delivery is scheduled within an agreed time period before or after the requested delivery date. It is part of a set of Supplemental Information measures that help companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "operate outbound transportation" process.
