This measure calculates percentage of work significantly aided by intelligent automation (e.g., autonomous storage/retrieval systems, robots, "cobots," wearables, voice picking, pick-to-light systems) out of total annual volume of work in retrieval. This Supplemental Information measure is intended to help companies evaluate additional variables related to the process group "Manage logistics and warehousing".
