This measure calculates percentage change in the total number of voluntary employee terminations in the past 12 months (pre-Covid). Voluntary turnover (or termination) includes any situation in which an employee voluntarily leaves an organization of their own accord. This includes retirement, among other reasons. This Supplemental Information measure is intended to help companies evaluate additional variables related to the process "Manage separation".
