Monitoring, Sensing, and Preparing for Supply Chain Risks: Electronics Industry

APQC collaborated with BCG to conduct research with 185 companies to evaluate the current state of a full range of operational and supply chain resilience capabilities needed to thrive. This survey-based research gathered quantitative data as well as information on practices related to establishing visibility and assessing risk.

This report provides an electronics industry snapshot of monitoring, sensing, and preparing for supply chain risks. It examines approaches to evaluating an asset network, supply chain monitoring capabilities, use of a contingency playbook, and current and future resiliency levers.
