AGCO, a public company with over $9 billion in revenues, manufactures and distributes agricultural equipment and replacement parts throughout the world.

AGCO needed to navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic that has devastated so many multinationals’ global supply chains. With a presence in heavily impacted geographies such as China and Italy, AGCO took proactive steps to address the crisis as early as January 2020.

Through digitization and open, frequent communication across the organization and with suppliers and customers, AGCO has built nimble, agile, and resilient supply chain and strategic sourcing capabilities.
