In the Fall of 2020, APQC partnered with Ernie Humphrey, CEO of Treasury Webinars, to conduct a survey focused on what success looks like for treasury in the “next normal” (e.g., post-pandemic and beyond), and to identify the key drivers/best practices of treasury success. The survey investigated treasury practices and drivers of success (e.g., visibility, control, collaboration, automation) as well as treasury success measures. This report summarizes the results of this survey for the retail and wholesale industry.
