In our 2021 SCM priorities research, 71 percent of supply chain professionals said that innovation would be a top area of focus for their organizations in the coming year. And within innovation, 30 percent said improving collaboration is key.

The complex nature of supply chain management requires collaboration across locations and functions, as well as with external partners. There is a need to connect people to critical knowledge and with one another to drive success.

This webinar features APQC's senior principal research lead for supply chain management, Marisa Brown, talking about real-world techniques for managing knowledge and driving collaboration across the supply chain. Get actionable ideas for how to identify critical knowledge, capture and share that knowledge, and improve collaboration with co-workers, suppliers, and customers to achieve better payoff for all parties.
