Throughout the past few years, we’ve heard organizational action verbs such as "pivot" and "adapt", but what do they really mean when people are involved? Beyond simply “getting the job done,” people are at their best when they’re able to collaborate and connect with others to share ideas, address common challenges, and develop broad solutions.

When we explored the unique interrelationship in process and knowledge management at last year’s conference, we recognized a growing need for further connection. While in-person events provide a solid foundation for networking, true connection should bring about additional impacts only seen in change and growth.  

That is why this year’s APQC Conference is themed around three solid actions, “Connect. Change.
