Disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic and the Great Resignation mean that interest in organizational culture is growing rapidly. Not only are articles with the word ‘culture’ now commonplace in business media, but culture is also showing up in a range of new job titles like Chief Culture Officer.

At APQC’s 2022 Process and Knowledge Management conference, Elissa Tucker and Nathanael Vlachos drew from APQC’s recent research on organizational culture to share insights and strategies for how organizations can change or sustain their culture. Tucker and Vlachos also described how research on APQC’s organizational culture helped to shape the methods and strategies for its broader research on organizational culture among its member organizations.
