Sunflower Electric Power Corporation is a member-owned and governed electric utility cooperative headquartered in Hays, Kansas. They initially encountered resistance to change during a migration to a cloud-based ERP solution. APQC sat down with John Ross, Business Process Specialist, to discuss how they approached the change and overcame challenges.

In this case study you'll learn:

  • How the Prosci ADKAR model provides a helpful framework for communicating change principles to all levels of employees.
  • The importance of outreach to managers, supervisors, and support staff to enable grass-roots participation in change initiatives.
  • How to increase buy-in and engagement by communicating objectives and making training enjoyable and accessible.
