APQC's research shows that establishing a data-driven culture remains the top measurement priority for organizations in 2026 (44%). However, the second-highest priority has shifted from ensuring measure relevance to creating decision-ready dashboards (29%), followed by using consistent measures (23%), reflecting a broader change in focus.
